HELP TEXT LINK PROBLEMS

I need help Fixing this problem. No matter how many times I refresh/reload a link. The text in the navigation bar doesn't come up, which can make things VERY VERY frustrating when trying to copy and paste a link!

I can still put in websites and go to them, but once I do. The Text disappears again.

The picture is in my DA Scraps account. Go to my scraps. It's the first one and titled the same as this journal.

(*)(*)(*)CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME FIX THIS!!(*)(*)(*)

Once this is fixed, I'll delete this picture, unless the advice is really awesome to keep it up!
